New fruit trees - September 2011

There is still plant ing season for fruit trees in the Kathmandu valley. As we had too much unused ground on our old farm land, the Rotarians decided to plant 48 fruit trees during their Saturday meeting.

Although the plants are still very little, we are looking forward to harvesting different kinds of fruit in the upcoming seaso ns (oranges, citrons, peaches, mangos, persimmons, pomegranates, pears, guavas and tangerines).
