Succession plan - November 2011

Laxmi Rana enrolled at a college of management in Kathmandu and is about to start her studies there. Unfortunately, this means that she won’t be able to carry out her duties as farm secretary at our farming land. That’s why she resigned with a heavy heart. We were also sad about her leaving us, but could joyfully welcome her successor: Bipin Shilpakhar had been raised in our children’s home, too. Bipin is happy about having been able to return to Lubhu and commit himself to the benefit of the children’s s home. Dear Bipin, a very warm welcome to you!
